I remember having an shifter that was trying to get into master at the same time. I had glowing reviews from one of the lord adepts, but got my interview with Valg on Thanksgiving when I was drunk and passed out during it. I didn't get in.

After that, I went Empire right before it went defunct and managed to get an IMM induct from Valg to Scion on day one. That character was also part of the shifter transition, and ended up with the bug that let me re-pick my second foci everytime I logged in, so I got to try out a lot of the new shifter forms early.

He also had a stupid name and was forced to change it sub 11. Good times.
