I think he's a really skilled player with a very aggressive style that allows him to take moderate risks and still keep ratio above 90%: that makes him one of the best PKers in CF at the moment. But he does hate on anyone who is not stupidly reckless like you say.

Also yeah, the player has a degree of paranoia befitting a dictator in a high-stakes system full of rivals trying to take him down (you know, like a real-life dictator). Ironically that fits Empire quite nicely...
