Just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt...but

What you did was perfectly fine and no one in the command structure would have had any issues with that. You attempted a defense while there was the Emperor (who without a doubt is the best leader powers in the game in my opinion) with a pocket healer. Yes, they were fighting you and the Big D but so? You went in and engaged them in an attempt to stop the raid. You focused on the healer to remove him from the equation (though an eyejab on him would have gone a long way I think). When that didnt work, you continued to try a few things, got low on health and got out of there.

The "basic" rager might be dense and stupid and would thirst to death and throw their own corpse at an enemy. The Commander is suppose to be smarter and encompass all aspects of Battle which also includes strategy. You did that.

Well done, be proud and keep at it. Let people whine and attempt to shame you because they just want to get the pk.
