It would be a helluva lot easier to total up (and not be buggy) than pks. Time the item is held almost certainly factors in though.

I remember over 3 weeks-1 month logging into Empire in the Early European mornings/ Australian peak time or thereabouts and retrieving the codex from Fortress or aiding in retrieval. As I continued to do this the % slowly crept up from about 85ish to the nineties. Mostly in that 4-6hour window I was the only Imperial along with Kostyan that was a citizen, all others were still oaths.

It may have been an increase in PKs by Empire, but seeing as a couple hero Imperials had deleted (Zridv, Keshuk and some others) I figured it was mostly due to the fact that the Fortress didn't have the codex between the Imperials logging out at the end of US peak times and logging back in around midday by the US timezones. Plus I can't imagine the Imperials were, on the whole, any more deathful than they were previously.
