They see opponent writhing - they try to disembowl, but target is just gushing and disembowl is unaplyable so it misses. On other hand what would you like the axe wielding guy to see? That his target isn't writhing yet? Then what's the point of feign? It's quiet easy to figure out without direct info*shrug*
