This is the exact health echoes you get when fighting someone with Combat statictician edge. Essentially it give your the enemy health in 5% brackets instead of just overall health.

So essentially..
Character is in perfect health. (100% - 100%)
Character has a few scratches. (95% - 100%)
Character has a few scratches. (90% - 95%)
Character has some small but disgusting cuts. (85% - 90%)
Character has some small but disgusting cuts. (80% - 85%)
Character has some small but disgusting cuts. (75% - 80%)
Character is covered with bleeding wounds. (70% - 75%)
Character is covered with bleeding wounds. (65% - 70%)
Character is covered with bleeding wounds. (60% - 65%)
Character is covered with bleeding wounds. (55% - 60%)
Character is covered with bleeding wounds. (50% - 55%)
Character is gushing blood. (45% - 50%)
Character is gushing blood. (40% - 45%)
Character is gushing blood. (35% - 40%)
Character is gushing blood. (30% - 35%)
Character is writhing in agony. (25% - 30%)
