That multikilling newbies by a levelsitting duergar in hero set (and thus getting high PK score) doesn't make exactly tough/strong character.
Number are just numbers. "Frags don't smell". They say nothing about how they are achieved.
That's the reason why I am against making the hall of fame from PK scores.
It encourages people to do all sort of shitty things in order to achieve high numbers. And young players will respect you for your high numbers. Sweet.
IMHO it would be better just hide PK ratio (even in PBF). Maybe inform the player itself by request but do not make them public. Don't feed shitheads. When nobody can see your "achievements" in that area you probably will do less cheap PKs and assorting bullshit like:
1) Loading midnight dragon on newbies
2) 11 level looting
3) multikilling newbies
4) levelsitting, often with hero set.
5) fair weather playing. You know, to achieve high pk score you should only login when you have easy targets, not when you don't have your cabal item and your range is filled with opposing powerhouses. Dying on retrieve or hiding/runing from gangs doesn't improve your kills per hour ratio.
6) Ganging. You know, if I'm a fire giant basher, I would seal more kills if I have a trannie with me.
