Up that all you want (it seems to have a pretty high success rate anyways, except *maybe* against opponents that are the same size as you). My point is, it is 3 hours of not being able to do anything, while the Orc can call in the cavalry. And the cavalry in most cases is pretty much anyone not good aligned or Outlander. I've seen Orcs work with Scion, Empire, Tribunal, and Nexus.
Spinebreaker has the same duration as snare by the way, which is the only other comparable skill, yet snare has a reuse timer on it.
My couple Orc experiments never really used spinebreaker much. I used it as a last ditch effort. But over the years, I've fought a lot of Orcs, and my experience is that spinebreaker works about 75% of the time, which is pretty significant, given that it can be used over and over again.
I think people have played so many unsuccessful Orcs that they feel underpowered. But I found that anyone I could reliably bash, I could generally beat them. I've even bashed someone, fled, had three or so gulps of blood, and was still able to go back in and bash before they got a command in.
One of the big reasons I don't like to play Orcs isn't because they are weak in PvP. It's because they suck big time in PvE and they can't join cabals, and their roleplay options feel very constricting, and I don't like the rank structure of "the clan". Which is probably why a lot of other people don't like them. If you can suck up all that other shit, then they are great for PvP.
