Save versus paralysis does nothing to negate the failure out success rate of spinebreaker.

And there is no reuse/protection timer associated with spinebreaker.

I'm saying it is am extremely powerful ability that doesn't seem to have any major drawbacks or protection against.

If you actually have a point to make, then make it. Don't just be another douche bag that says people are complaining about things bring overpowered.

When something seems like it might be too good, it's also up to the players to bring it to the attention of the staff. There have been plenty of these cases in the past where players were right.
