So in these logs, you're seeing the end result of prepping that results in a kill, but how many times does he spend getting all juiced up and then loses the other guy? Or, you see what happened in that log where he forgets spiderhands.
I think the reason a lot of people don't play transmuters, and what makes them balanced, is that although powerful, they take an enormous amount of tedium and affect-list-managing to get into full offensive mode. When you can do this properly, it's really fun, but it's also exhausting prepping up for 30 seconds (at least) and then having the other guy just go somewhere else.
The thing you can do against a prepped up transmuter is gear a bit for paral and then draw the fight out a bit until he makes a dumb mistake. I'll say it again transmuters can't stay accelerated for long. And if you can make him bleed, you keep him from using duo, and also make him gtfo to slow himself down or bad, bad things happen to him.
