It's only you :P

Transmuters get haste, and adrenal burst or something like that, plus a even combat addition as far as making them fight better. Add on the fact that they can slow the warrior, and then maledict the warrior, Transmuters make warriors crumble. The only real way to beat a transmuter is make sure he doesn't cast. Lagging them, and getting in as much melee as a warrior before they can spell you up cause, they have crap for hp.

It may just be me, but a muters ability to out melee a warrior is to much. He is a warrior after all. (n/t)

funnyone 288 October 23, 2012 10:10AM

It's only you :P

BlkDrgn 278 October 24, 2012 06:36AM

They require mixed tactics to beat. Saves, the ability to maledict, or overall lag. Warriors can usually get 2 of these 3, with thought. (n/t)

Matrik 197 October 23, 2012 10:14AM

to be fair, I suspect Grappledunk, or whatever, has a few key edges that make him hit like that.

satchmo 313 October 23, 2012 10:13AM

I'd just say that staff + spells + dex is better than most warriors

daurwyn(VIP) 317 October 23, 2012 01:19PM

So this. Fight anything that's hasted/accelerrated, and you're going to get outmeleed. Doubly so if you're slowed too. This is fundamentally how transmuters are built (n/t)

Treebeard 208 October 23, 2012 10:18AM

I still disagree with it though.

Kez 277 October 23, 2012 05:01PM

I don't think you realize what being quickend + accel is compared to a slowed opponent.

Frosty 246 October 24, 2012 08:07AM

I still don't agree.

Kez 235 October 24, 2012 02:48PM

Agree or not, it is what it is. (n/t)

Frosty 173 October 24, 2012 06:52PM

As someone who's been screaming about how OP muters are for years now...

sevriis 301 October 23, 2012 06:44PM

You sound like you really don't know what your talking about. (n/t)

Frosty 187 October 24, 2012 08:09AM

That's nice. My opinion is from playing them, not fighting them. (n/t)

sevriis 185 October 24, 2012 08:30AM

That's nice, it doesn't show. (n/t)

Frosty 209 October 24, 2012 09:48AM

you should play a muter to realize how rediculous this all sounds

Quas 312 October 23, 2012 08:05PM

Obviously you can I disagree on what constitutes easy upkeep for a class. (n/t)

sevriis 164 October 25, 2012 05:38AM

It is SO damned hard to keep all the spells needed up. It is ALL about hunting and timer management. (n/t)

deriveh 178 October 23, 2012 08:55PM

Run around duo with no buffs. Find target, buff yourself. bingo all fresh n/t

Hotrail 199 October 23, 2012 10:40PM

better to do the opposite, always keep everything up

Quas 240 October 25, 2012 02:15AM

This. And the "calmed mind" edge helps tremendously. Not a very sexy edge, but very useful for a transmuter if you want to keep your buffs up constantly.

Jib 237 October 25, 2012 06:02AM

Well, I wasn't talking about those types of fights, finding ranking groups etc. But rather the "bigger" fights...

deriveh 261 October 24, 2012 01:06AM

No that is insanely hard. nt

tesline 177 October 23, 2012 11:01PM
