Anytime I get a tell along the lines of "Come fight me, coward" I can't get beyond my own failure as seeing that as nothing more than "OOC I can't find you and am too lazy to search for you, so come to me". So, rather than obliging them and coming to fight them, I usually just go about my business and ignore them. Same with people who use the outter as a pk-doorbell.

I consider it incredibly poor form to limit your interactions with someone you PK to nodding at the corpse before they type recall
