Giant or duergar flurry/drum was always dangerous. Dexy swords gave me issues, so did 47+ necros with wands, invokers, patient tranced assassins. But all of that only if well played, of course.
I wouldnt have fought Drissa the way most of my enemies did for a while.

As far as easiest matchups... Jeez poor orcs.

I should add, hard to say because player skill and decision making is so varied. And I was not getting many solo fights for the last 350 hours or so.
