It's fine how it is.

You the player are just wrong because you see the issue perfectly.

Btw I knew you'd end up getting booted as I did mention as ICly as I could. You have to play a conjurer more perfectly than the code allows you to not to get fucked over in current fortress. Having played a hero conjurer during these times I would just suicide the angel on a high level mob. It doesn't count as you killing them and the imms seem fine as long as your goodie kill counter doesn't go up.
