Not a very fun experience... Didn't even get a feel for the RP in it.


Zapte Black always felt that something was missing. He couldn’t for his life figure out what. During his childhood things had been normal, sure, he got into a lot of trouble doing quite some nasty things to his so called friends but both him and his parents saw that as perfectly normal. He was raised to become one of the dark-knights in the arial army and as such he would have to be able to be cruel.

His father practice with him every day after work, failing one of his tasks would mean a beating so bad that it would render him unable to head for school for several days. But Zapte knew that this way the way, failure should not be tolerated. The first month in school Zapte wasn’t too happy, he felt like he was constantly failing, even though he was far better than the other students, but it was never enough for his father. And Zapte agreed, he couldn’t for his life understand why his father just didn’t put him out of his miseries.

As months passed Zapte started to notice that his father’s ways did work, the failures came more seldom. He realized that all this time his failures had been a part of him, a part that his father effectively destroyed with his beatings. These thoughts would make Zapte push harder than others for the rest of his life.

As Zapte finished school and was about to be sent to Hamsah for his final training abroad, his father approached him in a way Zapte had not seen before. His father told him that there was one last thing he should know, that if he wished true power, and if he could see past the lies of the world, he should seek out the Onyx Scarab. His father pulled his sleeve up after looking around himself briefly and showed the tattoo of an onyx scarab on his arm and said: This is what you seek son.

This was a beginning…

Zapte studies things and people, he studies the world. He takes his time to learn what there is to learn about it, and when he knows what he needs to know, and sees what he needs to see, he acts upon it. Destroying what should not be there, worthless parts, failures and what else might not be pleasing him.
