You shouldn't expect them to be your friend the next day. Just because their side is losing and you are going to fight for it does not mean they need to work with you or want your help you just do it anyway.

Also just like in real life not all relationships are forged in happy go lucky circumstances. It is possible to fight someone a ton and have a great deal of respect between you it all has to do with if they think you are a cunt vs a worthy foe/ally.
