I liked what you were trying to do, but I might suggest (on a serious note) not going about it quite how you seemed to be. I could be way off as I certainly wasn't there for every moment of your life. Doing good deeds will get the job done, but when you start talking to others about how you've received no response from the gods and that basically you wish the gods to change your align etc... It's just a somewhat OOC mechanic that they actually change it. In character try to view it as just "I'm a good guy so I do good things." Worrying too much about your actual alignment and talking about it, I think, will slow the process down.

Anyway, hope that makes sense. I'm finding it hard to describe the concept I'm trying to get across to you. Also, I mean this to be helpful, not a troll.

EDIT: PS: Also a good idea not to get involved in log threads regarding your own character. I knew you were Othrial right away, but Qizal was only outed because of your posts on the log board. That is, if you care people know who you are or not.
