- updated prompt triggers so they could match the default CF prompt (which is ugly like this: "civilized <100%hp 100%m 100%mv 1000tnl (50.00%)>")
- added a few more colors
- minor fixes here and there with highlight messages. Moved some triggers to different classes.

<font color=blue>New stuff:</font>
Reworked the <font color=red><b>Logger</b></font> class. Added a set of scripts to work with CMUD html logs (zMUD doesn't support html logging).
