To anyone arguing Tesline's relative intelligence, he's joining the Marines on purpose. Nuff said. NT

by most accounts the military is a wonderful career, if you don't get shot (or stabbed, tortured, etc.)

it certainly holds opportunities for many people who can't participate in the normal economy, at the price of not owning your own life for a few years (n/t)

As a Marine, fuck off. (n/t)

qurdind February 17, 2014 05:38PM

Hey, I love most Marines I've met. They're also insane. And joining willingly (IE not financial/economic/legal reasons) shows at least a small amount of sociopathic tendancies. NT

I don't know, if I were to volunteer for a combat related position, I probably would try not to be the guys who are always on the front line and therefore most likely to see casualties. Then again, I enjoy being alive. NT

Btw I'm IT. I'm going to be putting computer systems in something. Also I scored a 96 on the ASVAB and scored 1320 on my SATs.

tesline February 24, 2014 06:42AM

1320/2400 is a poor score for the SAT. Why did you decide to go in to the marines? There are better solutions if you want to pursue an IT field. (n/t)

Srev February 24, 2014 07:12AM

I remember the days of the SAT's being only 1600 total, back when pluto was a planet (n/t)

Sadly there is no like button on this forum :) NT

Sam February 24, 2014 09:35AM

The SAT's aren't out of 1600 anymore? (n/t)

alansmithee February 24, 2014 11:28AM

3 parts, 2400 now. I told some young kid I got a 1440 hoping to impress upon him my l33t knowledge and he laughed and said "I did like 400 pts better" which was confusing for a moment. NT

Sam February 24, 2014 11:53AM

Math, verbal and what? What is this third part? (n/t)

alansmithee February 24, 2014 01:05PM

Writing. (n/t)

tesline February 24, 2014 01:17PM

Dumbass. 1320 out of 1600. That was only math and verbal. If you are wondering I got a 415 in writing.

tesline February 24, 2014 07:14AM

You got points for verbal? We weren't even allowed to talk in ours, it would have severely reduced our score. (n/t)

Srev February 24, 2014 07:16AM

A good troll would have to make me believe you are that stupid. Which we both know you are not. (n/t)

tesline February 24, 2014 07:19AM

I thought you blond chicks liked men in uniform. (n/t)

Doof February 17, 2014 01:39AM

You keep bringing this up. Actually, I'm Xandrya's Dio's handle. Boom. NT

Sam February 24, 2014 01:56PM
