Pregnant women don't really look disgusting in my opinion. They just look pregnant. Secondly, the fetus isn't a parasitic mass destroying the woman's body. For example, there have been cases where stem cells from the fetus have been used by the mother's body to repair damaged organs. So in some cases, preganancy is actually good for the woman's health.
