Try going to cowboom.com at 9:54 pm paficic time and go to the normally priced $349.99 ps4 and keep refreshing the page, you can sometimes catch one that is only missing the instruction manual for as low as $229.99 though it is usually at $241.99, plus tax of course if you have a bestbuy store in your state. You have to be quick though because they usually sell out within a minute or less at that price, and if it's missing anything other than manual/headset then I don't think its worth it.

If you've never been to cowboom.com before, they're just best buys outlet site. I don't think you can return items to best buy brick and mortar stores.
