In the four/five years I was there numerous friends robbed, beaten, two stabbed, two shot. In my friends bar numerous teenagers rushed in and grab a purse then scattered, we chased the piece of shit down who had the purse and got him on the ground then we had guns pulled on us, so we scattered. That place has got crazy racial issues, and there is one race overwhelmingly causing the problem. That whole knockout game has been going on forever, my favorite time was when some black kids knocked out an elder Vietnamese man, killed him then when his wife tried to protect they beat her. These people were in their seventies, my friend I previously mentioned is Vietnamese and lives half a block from where it happened. He was so freaked out he almost closed his bar and moved.

I have lived in various places around the country and have hitchhiked/jumped trains for a few years when I was in my early twenties, STL is the most dangerous place I have ever been in my life.
