I wouldn't of bothered.

He will just pop up in a couple months with a new handle, play 3 characters at once trying to catfish the imms to get his way and then when that doesn't work he will try to ruin some other long standing aspect of the game that everyone likes.

After that he will complain about what he just ruined and flame out, ask you to ban his new account and claim he is moving on to something else.

In the mean time, poor old joe dirt gets the hose again in the hole in warrens basement everytime warren gets mad.
