Imho, most of the stuff the U.S. has done recently pales in comparison (in scope) to what's described in that article.

Also, if you're talking "world's biggest human rights violator", I'm not sure how you can consider giving that "award" to the U.S. in light of the crap China does. Or the Saudis et. al., for that matter.
