1. Install some malware removal programs. Or, alternately, if you can find a removal program for this specific piece of malware, that's probably best.

2. Boot into safe mode. Usually you do this by holding down a key during boot. F3? F5? F8? I forget. Booting into safe mode will (hopefully) prevent the malware from executing, meaning whatever anti-removal techniques it uses won't be in effect.

3. Fire up your removal software and hope it does its job correctly.

You either need DOSBOX or MOSLO for it. Google either, Ultima 9 came with MOSLO for the other ultima games packaged with it as an afterthought. nt
