Carrionfields. Technically counts as a video game right? It's definitely obscure.

The only other game I think had a big impact on me was Planescape Torment. I just remember loving everything about that game, wishing more games were like that, and that's actually how I eventually came across CF. I still get very nostalgic over it.

I can think of some others but they aren't really obscure.
