First off saying that Ozzy is a lesser goalie wasnt a smart move. Him and Brodur were the only 2 goalies with 3 cups and who is still left? Ozzy has some of the best playoff stats in NHL history. Sure he had a bad regular season but the wings worked as a team and still managed to win games.

I am not an Ovie fan at all. Sure he is a great goal scorer and he has sellout Federov with him to feed him the puck. My thing with Cindy and bitchboy Malkin is just that. Great players are great because of the other guys on thier line. Lets go back to Federov he was a super start with Detroit when he had Yzerman with him. After he left was is a nobody.

I am sick of watching hockey and seeing this super start kid captain be the face of the NHL. Sure he has lots of eyes on him with expectations but that shouldnt take away from the other players playing the game. Datsyuk lead the NHL with steals suring the regular season. Why dont we hear more about him? How about how Zetter completly shut down Crosby last year and how Nick Lidstrom is the best defensman to ever play the game? Why dont we here more about that? Every game this searies its Crosby this Malkin that blah blah blah.

As far as best players in the world I would say while they are paired up with other great players they are in the top 10. But that goes for any great player in any sport. This is a team game and the Caps series shows that 1 great player cant win a series or a Cup. So again the Wings have the better team. There for they will win the Cup. I would be more than happy to have Crosby and Malkin on the wings roster next year so they have a good chance to get thier names on the Cup.
