Hey guys, I'm looking at a piece of property but there is no access to it. It's 20 acres, and there was an owner of an adjacent track who was letting people across his land to look at it, but apparently he's not doing that any more. I realize this will vary a lot from place to place, but I'm curious if anyone can give me a very rough outline of what would be involved to gain access to it and a ballpark figure of much it may cost to hire an attorney to handle it. Oh, and anyone know someone that handles this type of stuff? :-)
