It's stress that causes it more than anything.

The chemicals and such is what starts it. But once it starts, stress is the main thing. I got it bad right now on my hands and forearms. I mostly just try to use lotion when I can and to keep it from getting too irritated. Plus, I try to smoke a lil weed now and then to relax.
