I have no idea what I did to get banned for a week.

Worst part is, no matter if you e-mail them or call them, they won't tell you why your banned so you can correct the behavior (if there was any in the first place)

All they say is, we won't tell you why you're banned and you have no recourse. Read the Terms of Use and the Code of Conduct (which I read both and couldn't find which rule(s) I was violating).
