Legal question for Graatch

If you know anything about class action lawsuits I'd appreciate your input. WB is putting out it's movies now with an "ultraviolet" digital copy. There is no copy. It does not download to itunes. Instead, it makes you download an app so you can stream it from WB through a service called Flixster. Since they put digital copy on the front of the dvd and there isn't one, or they are trying to change the definition of it, can I go after them with a class action for false advertising, bait and switch, and fraud?

It's not technically false advertising its slightly misleading, but like Graatch said, the copy is there.

Yeah, only difference I see between the Steam/movie thing is that Steam still makes the local files present to you. The other, from what I understood, is purely a stream from an external source. NT
