Wealth and posessions would become meaningless, as you can have anything and everything. It would be perfectly acceptable to simply not work, and enjoy life.

However those who chose to work, in government jobs (military, law enforcement, doctors, nurses etc), space exploration and research and development (for new technology to replicate) would probably gain huge social status and be highly respected.

If population become an issue, food obviously wouldn't, but land might. Those who voltuneer to serve in the military etc may be granted land and/or the right to have children.
