So this is not the first time when the ex-amricans (not just ex, as we can remember a recent charge against the Megaupload service billionaire) get charged for the organized, network type crimes. Also, there many clearly marginal persons are freely doing their business in the USA. Like the porn billionaire Kuzin, living currently at LA, while having some of their business connections in Russia (mostly from the ex-USSR republics), and some others like him. It is also known that the government security acencies are involved into the rotation of the criminal between countries, who are assisting governments at something. Does anyone get surprised that only the last griefers of such syndicates gets actually arrested and charged for the committed crimes, and mostly in the other countries than the USA?

And a question to Batman. Were you of the full legal age when you get to know Stevers?
