Scene:

Arnold holds a goon over a cliff somewhere in LA with one solitary arm. His steroid enhanced biceps flex and throb with blood as you see how strong he is. The goon squirms a slight bit, frantically waving at our hero.

"I thought you said you'd kill me last" says the goon hysterically.

Arnold looks at the camera in his most serious expression, and deadpans "I lied" as he drops the goon. Cue falling music with obligatory body-crunching noises.
