It's not a new thing, but it's also not a constant thing. He doesn't make people seethe like certain forum moderators, but he does seem to go out of his way to look for reasons to fuck with certain users.

I personally have few problems with him on a personal level. He doesn't really fuck with me, and the only times we've really had words were when he was feeling pretty stressed by other people. He politely asked me to not be a dick, and I backed off. I think because of that, I'm not on his list of people to fuck with. I CAN however see where certain people could have issue with the things he does to or replies with, to their posts.
