I have stairway wit. Editing allows me add in the things I didn't think to say initially that will save time going down that line of discussion in new posts anyway.

Like I will do right now. Why be unclear when I can clarify things before hand? The point is that I AM talking like a normal person, and then I read it over and see that some of the things I said could be expanded more, or made more clear, and so I clarify. If I took it seriously I would proof-read my posts to begin with and tailor them to hit specific points rather than just follow a line of discussion, but often you read back over what you say offhandedly and realize that adding some additional info will make what you are trying to get across significantly more obvious.
