An extremely successful, well-RPed and highly rewarded character. Played by an ESL player.by Java - Main Board
I'll make mine easier to read if you make yours easier to pronounce. Deal?by Java - Main Board
You mention a one-off example of a "good" reward and somehow think that's the standard. It isn't, as has already been demonstrated. How about this, though? I've never been rewarded like Kanlax was. On any character. Ever. So based on that undeniable fact, can I declare that the Imms favor Russian players over me, because I'm in the military and they're allby Java - Main Board
By memory my last ones that actually got a PBF.. Iliomyndil Ilthuryn Tharuli Elithranduil Tamhas Handful of others intermixed that I didn't buy a PBF for. Before those characters I had a break for a couple years, so I don't really remember who came before that.by Java - Main Board
You give an example of a "poor" RC reward as proof of bias. I give an example of an equally poor RC reward and you act like it isn't relevant? It's straight-up hypocritical. Kanlax had a third legacy, a tattoo, a custom long description, a custom title, an RC rewarded edge and a ton of Imm XP. All on an uncaballed character. Is that really the example you're using as aby Java - Main Board

I tried to have a discussion. I asked for evidence. You were a dick and told me to read a thread I've already been participating in. You sitll haven't provided anything resembling evidence, or even a real example of an ESL-played character that didn't get the rewards or attention that he actually deserved.by Java - Main Board
I did read the entire thread. I was asking for something resembling evidence, or at least real examples of well-played characters that were played by ESL players who got shafted. Apparently those examples don't exist. Anyway, I object to your victimization of all ESL players. MANY ESL players are great RPers. Those ESL players also get the rewards that they earn. And by discriminated, you're implying that they're treated poorly (or less-well) simply because they're ESL, rather than how well they play the game (RP, PK, etc). Why do you think that? What reason do you think that ESL players are unfairly treated? There are mediocre/poor English-speaking people who don't get rewards often either. Gijer - Go to a cursed room somewhere and spam up word. It's easy and obviously very important. Until you get it perfected, carry potions and use those when your life depends on it. I literally never had a game-changing set in the low ranks. I also only had 3 PKs pre-lvl 30 (which I hit at 34 hours) and only 6 PKs pre-40, so if I was level-sitting, I was doing a pretty poor job of it. Hell, the only reason I sat at 35 so long was waiting for a virtue, and I was still only at 5 PKs by the time I started moving up again.by Java - Main Board

Elithranduil was 45 and 28, Iliomyndil was 32 and 18. Both right around a 60% win ratio. That isn't OP. In fact, the only person that's ever made Champions look overpowered is Shaapa. Hell, my most recent monk had almost the exact same PK ratio (32-20). I played Champions because I enjoy Paladin RP, and Champions are by far the best paladins against groups. 1. When's the last time there was a truly scary neo paladin? There are so many "OP" combos that it'd probably be easier to point out the underpowered ones. Giant sword specs, STSF Elf, Druids, Invokers, Transmuters, Air Shifters, APs, undead... all have been called OP or unfair in recent times. I don't buy it for any of them. 2. With Elith, I'd walk away with the Codex and around 90% hp/mana when raiding against no defenders. It was easy to the point of being boring. Even against defenders, the inners weren't a major part of the equation. If I could beat the guy (or guys) easily elsewhere, I could manage it there (or at least drive them off and finish the raid..usually without having to flee). It was only the rby Java - Char Board

That uncertainty is what makes Tribunal interesting. If they had a specific guide for every possible scenario, there would be no point at all. They could automate the whole cabal. But they don't. They make it vague at points, and confusing at others. This gives players the opportunity to make their own interpretations, and to argue about those interpretations, and to enforce things difby Java - Log Board
You need to realize that the laws don't spell out every situation exactly. Laws being open to interpretation is one of the few things that make Tribunal even moderately interesting to play. But using a harmful power IS absolutely a crime, even when there's no victim. It's specifically spelled out separately from the "don't kill people" law. Enforcing the law as-wby Java - Log Board
So it'd be in the hands of leadership, not a random Magistrate on duty as to what happened to Noirra. It also leaves open the question of who an "innocent" is. You have a criminal, a fellow Trib, Special Guards and Niekofet getting hit. No third parties (PCs or mobs). Would you consider fellow Magistrates as innocent? Guards? You're still the one whining about how people calling you out for repeatedly, blatantly breaking the law as a Magistrate. I honestly don't know how you made Vindicator.. I think Ishuli's just too soft-hearted. Othomer didn't join the fight until after your ice devil brought him into the fight. Not to mention the fact that you're a Magistrate and you'd give a warrant literally 100% of the time that happened to someone else. Someone steered you. And that clued you in and allowed you to understand the cabal and get inducted. That fact alone should be all that you need to hear. No one is steering the current players in-game. THAT is the problem.
