It lowers the level of spells and gives you a second save chance. High int and high saves help. My drow with divine saves was near immune to summon/sleep/muters. And damage spells didn’t do more than a demolish. It’s pretty legitby Quas - Main Board
Or maybe it has a range. But it can be significant stacked with boneshatter or other maldictionsby Quas - Main Board
Though it is area and has a bunch of side affects.by Quas - Log Board
Nested dash cool Trip/legsweep/quicksand help cool Does it affect normal mv speed? I know I would blink and see an Arial villager with it cross all of imperial lands. Did they just alias the huge dash nest or do they naturally move fast like a goblin?by Quas - Main Board
Harder to use light weapons to parry heavy ones now.by Quas - Main Board
When it goes it only fails disarm if the weapon can’t be disarmed. It fires enough that with 24/25 str against someone who is parrying you on par with a melee class you will see it fire more fights than not and multiple times in a fight won’t be super rare. For a comparison to another legacy you will see it fire more frequently than flow of shadows on a drow/elf. Good for sword and daggeby Quas - Main Board
They reduced how often it fired but added a feint affect if the victims weapon can’t be disarmedby Quas - Main Board
They are gnome/svirf only and if you exceed a very low weight limit they break. The opportunity cost to using them is generally restricting your inventory to a couple pieces of food, a canteen, and maybe one backup weapon. So you get to avoid trip and quicksand at the cost of being able to stockpile preps and have a variety of weapons to either use multiple specs or exploit vulns. It’s notby Quas - Main Board
At hero ranks there are plenty of bored people. They like to explore. Be friendly with either fort and/or empire. Don’t piss off heralds, maybe avoid being wanted frequently and you will easily put together groups.by Quas - Main Board
Their only defense is parry, it’s not bad with all their buffs. You drop the staff and they eat every hit.by Quas - Log Board
I tend to start with kan rather than kot unless I really need to nuke offhand to survive. Reason being that kan crunch is slow so if you land that your offense jumps up, even without a str drop you just applied slow and -7 to -12 dex go ham before they realize they have turned into a sack of bricks.by Quas - Log Board
Hunter ranger- you are pretty good all around. You won’t burst kill outside of ambush but you can hold your own against a lot in wilds and out and you are great PvE. And plus camo helps for casual approach. Not super gear dependent either. Staff based warrior- I read a series where the main char is a staff wielding bad ass and it could be done. Conjurer- high power Low investment. A setby Quas - Main Board

Necro makes sense as it’s just animating piles of dead flesh with magic. They don’t have their own will, servitors obviously do.by Quas - Char Board
Against mobs champions are god mode, especially in a group. But they suffer the same problem as all paladins, lack of lag. You can get some lag from bat but it’s going to be less reliable than trip (or even shield bash on enlarged storm). Rally is a lot like monk intensify, but the key difference is that monks don’t need to hold a weapon. If you can’t outclass it just walk away in the lagby Quas - Main Board
I did it through work but there are a lot of organizations out there you can volunteer at or hang out in a professional group of something you have subject matter expertise. I found often when helping others I was able to see myself in them and while helping them work through their struggles it helped me to refine myself. It also works well if like me you have an ego that makes it challengiby Quas - OT Board
But I think that’s fair, at least a lot more fair than never finding your spot or you find it and it’s basically impossible for you to gather. Even my mummy needed help with one black spot.by Quas - Main Board
If they were innocent... they would be goodies is how I see it. But you see it as if they aren’t evil they may be innocent. Both cases could be argued, hence why it’s an individual character perspective issue and not “solved” Though as a third path innocence could be totally separate from alignment. A fire giant baby, a drow healer that doesn’t fight, could both be innocent while a marby Quas - Main Board
Good has a prerogative to care about goodies and convert/destroy evil. But neutral is neither. So it’s certainly open to individual interpretation how a goody views them.by Quas - Main Board
So you still have to find the spots but one thing I learned after a while was that each terrain type(desert/forest/water/etc) has a prep group as opposed to each spot having a prep. Once I realized that it got simpler. A number of the spots are not far off of routes you would normally take to get around, hunt, and gather preps. So if you just took the minor detours to grab possible preps asby Quas - Log Board
These things should be worked out organically and different groups could come to different conclusions. Especially in these fringe issues.by Quas - Main Board
