This druid had all the anti-undead supplicant and was oneshotting calandryl skeletons (they just disintegrated). Got into a group with a level 43..I think...and just stayed back watching skeletons disintegrate.
They probably lowered the effectiveness of those edges.
It was fun, but this game just isn't my cup of tea anymore. I don't get excited to play this game like I used to.
I don't anticipate that I'll be mudding again anytime in the near future (if ever).
Have fun.
What has the highest damage capacity?
Cloud / Fire / Dwarf / Duergar?
If Cloud/Fire, Trapping + Cry or Trapping + Chilling?
If Dwarf/Duergar, what legacies? Assume wearing Dern eq.
Here's my list off the top of my head. Little rusty ... Includes similar types.
Wrath/Divine Power
- Glimmering longsword
- Storm commander sword
- Vampire slayer from mausoleum
- Silver longsword from hamsah dock
- Sword from Diana
- Vainglory
- Polearm from that place next to nexus
- Foltorn? That mace from Mortorn
- Crude hammer from past
- Uber whip from Dark elf city
- Arm
Knac - Fire Giant Commander
Mhournhul/Mhoursfen - Both necs, one was scarab who distended almost every level up to 41
Vhalorn - my recent, and only, try at a fortress .. new shaman path
Ankhran - Fire giant AP Empire who would've made emperor if I didn't delete (everyone voted for me). Had a unique AP only whip that did awesome pawsome progs.
My experience in encountering at least 5 during my years playing fantasy muds - you gain as much as you lose, if not more, because of the excitement factor.
Some things about the legacy:
1) You won't be quicksanded. Ever
2) You can fail your dashes. The more dashes you nest, the higher the chance of failing.
For example, I used to dash only 3 times (sometimes 5, but that's max) because any more means that I would fail, and there's a lag on fail if you dash with an inputted command in and a target. That's why I would dash with
But that's what you get for having that harp.
It's like someone bitching about ring of regen just happening to freeze them at the most inopportune moment, except, you know, the countless times it saved their life.
Don't do drugs kids.

I've done breaker before and you obviously noticed how insane questioning thoughts is - against Behmurra, I would fail almost half of my commands if not more... it's a true pain in the ass. Why didn't you use devalue life more to stop me from fleeing? Also it seemed a lot that I was getting cursed by you but I wasn't paying attention if you were actually using curse
That was an interesting experiment on shamans. Made this character during finals (probably not a good idea, but hey, I aced all my classes). I'll probably try other paths later once I get an offer for post-bar.
Breaker, Seraph's Wings, and Divine Anger. Interesting paths.
Second time I follow Baer, and I agree, it's fairly easy to get rewards. But then again, I think I was up
First, your logic is a fallacy. You're attacking who Frosty is and his past action and calling him a hypocrit. That doesn't matter to the point of your argument.
And "Try again when I'm prepared" reeks of OOCness. It's not even a grey line.
Second, you're at the point where you're not a noob but you aren't an elite. Kinda stuck in the limbo of be
