From now on, don't refer to the Imms by their Immortal name but by their real names. Therefore, you can't say that Scarabaeus played Cthulu the Duergar A-P, but you could say that Andy played Cthulu the Duergar A-P and not be violating any rule as long as Cthulu is no longer an active char. Not sure the Imms will like their real names being used but they can take that up with Daurwyn.
Get run over by a semi-truck, have both legs broken, require a muscle transplant and a skin graft. Have the Doc say you can't smoke for 3 months after surgery, then live in your mothers basement while you recupe and she won't buy you cigs and you can't get them yourself since you have zero weight tolerence on both legs. 6 months later when you are walking again, light up a cig and
If you want a char that does decent at exploring and pk, then I would suggest a bard. However, if you would like a non-pk'ing explorer build, either a healer or a water major defense minor shifter will allow you to solo most areas, just word/teleport when attacked and focus on exploring.
Ragers can fly, arials ragers, ragers with the wings, or group with outlander for windwalk.
Ragers can get Imm XP, not sure why you included that one.
I don't know any of the high level explore areas, so maybe you have to use magic to access some of them? Not sure, but either way I wouldn't call it a long list and don't think those areas would be easy to rank in.
Having a boat in your inventory won't allow you to travel over water while shifted, so if your fly is dispelled you will have to revert and flee or revert and word of recall.
so you would have to know which zombies a necro had to summon them away, they would use the same keywords as they had when alive, 'elite storm giant' etc.
