The help file, if it is not back in yet says it doesn't work for assassinate and ancient instincts and doesn't work as well for evade compared to all other abilities
knowing what to do wins fights. Better skill percentages might let you live long enough to make a few more mistakes, but if you don't learn from them, well they are pointless.
any change to the random skill bonus on leveling is bad if you can't pick and choose where every single gain goes is bad? If you don't want "random useless skill" then don't practice it to begin with and it can't accidently snag random level gain
that item level compared to your level is taken in to consideration with lore, the more over your level the item is the more likely to be wrong, bu tthat is just a hunch of mine

I was wondering why no one has suggested an automatic quest, like the one for membership into tower for finding sleeks. Say at a certain level you go visit questmob, get a list of tasks/items to gather/whatever (something highly variable and easy to change) complete tasks/item gatherings get a location, could be just a hint whatever. then told when to come back to quest for second sleek.
