Hello all,
I have always been a faithful follower of the Empire. For me, the Empire, have always been the best tought out cabal. I liked the story, the plot and the goal. Also, I like the fact that it was easy to get in, and easy to get kicked out and that it was possible to rise in power within the cabal. I have had at least one char in the Empire all the time the last 2 years, but this is it. As it is now it is a joke.
It seems the ragers/masters are beefed to fight each other, and that leaves Empire/Dawn to beat on for fun. Within the Empire a common them for a debate is the powers that oppose us. It is a common joke that one level 40 rager can raid alone, and kill 3-4 Empires along the way. The sad part is, it is not a joke. Those I speak with within the Empire agrees.. The Gods of the Empire have abandoned them, and the Gods of Magic and Battle are laughing at our expense. The extra powers granted to the sect-leaders was a good idea, it promoted power struggle within the sects, but did nothing to the Empire as a hole. If you are not in hero range, you can't benefit from the powers anyway.
Before this gets to long let me make some points.

1) Spellbane/Truesight - No wonder there isn't any invokers/transmutters within the Empire

2) Resist - Sure makes it hard when you wound someone with +35 and an average 25 weapon.

3) Transform - :"Hey I just fought a gnome mage with 2100 hit points. He didn't even have to cast a spell to kill me"

Anyway, I just want to say. Bye bye Empire, I am leaving, quitting, delete delete'ing. I've made myself a rager now I just need to make a background *Ponder* Something along the lines :

Note Subject A wish to join the mighty warriors of battle
Note + Hail
note + When I was a kind my village was overrun by a band
note + of rouge mages. They killed both my parents and now
note + I seek revenge. Let me join you so I can kill mages.
