There is a matter of professionalism. Pico's actions were a good example of a professional handling a tough
situation. Dismissals are not pleasant. If I understand the system correctly, Bria and Astein are his direct
supervisors. I could go into professionalism and the importance of communication from direct supervisors
but I can't see it doing any good.

You questioned his ethics. Any decent person would respond given similar circumstances.

I could go into childish banter, and the lack of maturity with this comment.

You might want to find out what it's like to actually run a company. You don't seem to
have a clue.
