So the other day I made a new character and was happily
plodding along, and at rank 4, this is what happened...

I was in Galadon when (OOCer) sent me a tell
saying "Want to group?". I replied "Aye." and met
him at Market Square. We were on our way to
the lumberyard when he said "I'm only rank 2 but
I'm good at this game." I ignored him and went on.
Soon, he said "I have a rank 15 bard. This is
my second character."

So I whisper "Don't go OOC!". He recalled. Then a
minute later, he tells me "I don't have to."
I told him "HELP RULES". He responds with
"So what? I just log off and log back in"...

I didn't respond, resisting the urge to tell
the imms to kick this idiot off.
