I have a question though, why when last time you logged
off you didn't wait two ticks and cast transform on you?
This could save your life. Another thing, TOWER IS A DAMN
UNSAFE PLACE. I tried to never quit in it. With Tar Valon
so close you could use invoker guild to quit there so in
case you log in in the middle of the raid you don't get
your ass handed to you and have some time to prepare.

One more thing I noticed in your log - using a
weapon/elemental touch sometimes helps to parry.
