Diet is so freaking huge...

October 29, 2007 11:26PM
I lift, and lift hard. 6-7 days a week. My goal is size and strength right now. When I first started, my diet was shit. Meaning I didn't eat enough protien at the right times and not enough actualy calories to support my training. After the first month of really meaningless gains, I put my focus on my diet and my gains through the next week and month were unbelievable.

I speak of timing of eating, not really by time of day, but rather after workouts and what to eat/drink. Im seeing good enough gains without ANY supplements that people say that I have to be taking something, and I get to tell them it is just diet and hard work.
