That's a spot where an imm that had even half an eye open would notice and shake things up. Either induct people themselves, talk to the leaders about the importance of induction, or change leadership. This is the same beef I had when I couldn't get into Outlander bc Jawn wanted two harbinger recs...and there WEREN'T any harbingers. (Which he quickly fixed when I pointed it out OOC...go him.)

Whiskey-Imm just posted on the CF facebook about how few pfiles were in cabals and said something like, "Join cabals, people!" Well, fucknuts...here's part of your problem. Joining a cabal should have just enough time commitment to make you hesitant to delete a character on a whim and value the experience. It should NOT be a major stumbling block or a time waster in a game that you're supposed to be having fun with. I think religions, tattoos, and quests can have time wasters and just simply not work out for characters. Cabals shouldn't be in that category.
