Of course they do some what of the same thing. Just like snowblend, marshblend, sandblend, etc. but are entirely different skills.

Chameleon works where camoflauge doesn't. Also, (from when I was playing outlanders) you wouldn't know whether or
not your cabal mate was still online unless you had Acute Vision as a skill. You could however see chameleon cabal
mates that were not using the Camo command.

These were how it was a couple years ago when I was doing outlander.

If Outlanders can see camo, then that doesn't make very much sense for my ranger outlanders that ambushed the shit out
of goodie cabal mates all day long.


And just to point out Durnazi said: "Outlanders cannot see camo in general. They can see camouflaged outlanders"
