Can a druid - non outlander see camo'd folks in the same room as them?

Wrong. Camouflage and chameleon do the same thing.

I consider dirt kicking, lasting two rounds, fleeing and returning before the tick, and catching up to the fleeing opponent during said tick to be a lot of work though (n/t)
