I couldnt kill the dragon spirit as my storm giant paladin a few years back - did not seem possible, I questioned the veracity of the claim it was even doable solo. Went back with my dwarf(Cionadh) at the peak of my power pve gear wise and it was fairly easy.

Runner up to Trel'aran would probably be the Treasure Guardian in the wastes of Noveil. That thing hit for a ton.

Nightmare dragon was a total pushover, soloed him easily many times.

Soloed the things in the cells of the Tower of Trothon the Dromedian? The spider, etc. think those are generally considered tough.

KR with fire absorb from phoenix mantle was fun.

Killed Sitran and everything in mines of Zakim, some of those guards were a pain.
